They are supportive in shifting energy, letting go of past energies & blocks so that you may feel more present and grounded in your body, and create more of what you actually want to have in your life.

I work with a lot of women who struggle with moving through deep grief & loss, are healing from sexual trauma’s and other traumas, want to create more fulfilling relationships &/or shift the relationships they currently have.

At the heart of this work is growing in self love, feeling your own inner validation & self worth, finding your own answers and truths that are unique to you. I reflect back your own inner knowing in these sessions, and your Spirit is validated being seen, empowered to take steps, and capable of transformations that didn’t seem possible before.
